All orders are made to order. Everything is handcrafted in house. Once order is complete we will email you tracking within 2-7 business days.

Due to the nature of all orders being made to order at this time come in klutch will only accept unopened, unworn, and undamaged merchandise in its original packaging.

Refunds will be initiated once item has been received and inspected. May take up to 15 days.

All orders must be cancelled prior to being shipped or customer will be responsible to mailing piece back.

All orders on sales items are final.
